The details

1. Energy saving

Our new factory will use solar power generation to cover 50%~80% of the production electricity, and will also use more energy-saving kilns, a full-site heat recovery system and energy-saving lighting systems.

2. Recycle

We will objectively recycle the leftover clay, waste ceramics and ceramic powder in the entire production process. Some of them will be reused in production lines; the waste ceramics will be processed and crushed to be re-produced as building bricks.

3. Waste reducing

Necessary recycling runs through our production process, which includes three aspects. Waste mud pressing: Waste mud recycling covers all production processes, including mud molding and body repair; Wastewater purification: All wastewater and cleaning in all production processes are 100% collected, and all glazes are also collected; Waste gas collection: The waste gas generated during the deglazing production process is filtered by water, and the waste is collected by a third party.
